Electret Pressure Sensor Simulation Model (COMSOL)

Description

COMSOL Multiphysics software was employed to perform simulations of PTFE and PVDF electret pressure sensors. By applying a pressure load with a cosine function variation to the sensors, data such as the output voltage of the sensors were obtained.The default electric potential field can be obtained by establishing a geometric model, configuring multiphysics couplings and parameters, performing mesh generation, and finally adopting a transient solution method. By adding a displacement field, the surface or overall data of the sensor can be retrieved and analyzed.
