Description

This dataset supports the manuscript entitled " Nutrient input and stock by leaf litter in tropical streams in secondary forest and cocoa agroforestry systems." The study was conducted in a stream in Secondary Forest (SF) (E 485415/N 8397615) and the other in Cocoa AFS (CA) (E 448466/N 8363187). The dataset includes measurements obtained in two sites in Cocoa Agroforestry System (CA) and Secondary forest (SF) in the southern region of Bahia, northeastern Brazil. The collects were mnthly between August 2018 to July 2019. Variables comprise geographic coordinates, sampling dates, % nitrogen in litter (input and stock),% phosphorus (input and stock).
