Description

This study critically examines the impact of AI on the educational sphere, with particular emphasis on the ethical implications emerging from its implementation in contemporary pedagogical contexts. The main objective of the research was to assess both the opportunities and threats that AI poses to the education system, especially regarding the protection of fundamental principles such as equity, privacy, and teacher autonomy. Through an extensive documentary review and an interpretive analysis of regulatory frameworks and recent empirical experiences, the study identified an urgent need to promote ethical AI literacy among both students and educators. The measurement instruments developed were subjected to a quantitative validation process using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which confirmed the construct validity and internal consistency of the proposed dimensions. The findings highlight the absence of coherent regulatory standards and propose a critical governance approach to emerging technologies in education.
