Bispecific antibodies targeting TL1A and IL-12/23p40 suppress pathogenic Th1/Th17 responses and ameliorate colitis in mice

Description

This dataset contains all raw and processed experimental data supporting the findings of the associated iScience manuscript (Manuscript Number: ISCIENCE-D-26-06002R2) on TL1A/IL-12/23p40 bispecific antibodies (KA-4316 and KA-5817) for inflammatory bowel disease. It includes in vitro bioactivity data, in vivo efficacy data from DSS-induced colitis models and H&E histopathology Image. All data are organized by manuscript figure and can be used to reproduce the reported results.
