2019 RNR DATA

Description

This dataset contains household-level data used to examine the impact of farm mechanization on land use behavior and agricultural outcomes in Bhutan. The study investigates how access to and use of agricultural machinery influence cultivated land area and crop productivity, focusing on major cereal crops such as paddy and maize. The dataset was derived from the 2019 Renewable Natural Resources (RNR) Census of Bhutan and includes information on household characteristics, agricultural inputs, machinery use, land management practices, and crop production. The dataset is provided in Stata (.dta) format along with supporting analysis files to facilitate reproducibility of the research findings.
