Supplementary video and source frames for voxel-wise dose uncertainty propagation in CBCT-guided adaptive radiotherapy

Description

This dataset accompanies the associated manuscript and provides a supplementary video illustrating dose and uncertainty evolution over 25 fractions for an anonymised representative patient treated with CBCT-guided adaptive radiotherapy for cervical cancer. The panels show the reference dose, estimated daily dose, daily voxel-wise uncertainty, and cumulative uncertainty, together with the CTVt, bladder, and rectum contours. The dataset includes the video. No raw clinical imaging or identifiable patient information is included.
