This dataset contains raw proteomic data derived from label-free quantitative mass spectrometry (shotgun proteomics) of human breast epithelial cells (MCF-10A) and triple-negative breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-231), either untreated or treated with Hedyosmum brasiliense essential oil. Data are provided in Excel format and include protein identifiers, quantification values, fold changes, and statistical significance (p-values).
