Survey Dataset on the Effects of Energy Information on Architectural Design Choices among Architecture Students

Description

This dataset contains anonymized survey data from 80 architecture students examining how energy-performance information influences façade design choices and aesthetic–energy trade-offs. The dataset includes participant characteristics, experimental groups (with and without energy information), preferences across six façade design alternatives, reasons for design selection, and perceptions of energy efficiency in architectural design. A codebook and an English version of the questionnaire are included to support data interpretation and reuse.
