A CSV file containing two years of measured environmental forcing and surface heat fluxes collected via EC towers from two adjacent Mediterranean lakes, Lake Kinneret (Kin) and Agamon Hula (Hula). A MATLAB code that calculates the equilibrium temperature (Te) based on environmental forcing and the lake's thermal response time.
