Description

Lichen sclerosus (LS) is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by hypopigmentation and skin atrophy, with often poor response to initial conventional corticosteroid therapy. This review evaluates outcomes of biologic and Janus Kinase inhibitor (JAK) therapy in LS.
