I stage in 657 premature infants of 26-36+6 weeks GA from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022, detected sP, sCa and ALP concentrations from birth(at around half an hour of life), weekly to hospital discharge and analysed the variation trends with postnatal ages and the high-risk factors for MBDP. II stage in continuous 63 preterm infants from June 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023.correlations with sP, uP, sCa, uCa and phosphotropic hormones such as PTHrP, iPTH, 1,25(OH)2D and FGF23 during fetal and early life were explored in continuous 63 preterm infants.
