This is the online appendix to the research article "Unconscious Status and Car Consumption: Social Comparison Effects in a Discrete Choice Experiment" published in Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.tra.2026.104873). It provides the results to the robustness checks described in Section 4.3 in the article. The estimations investigate whether results are robust when assigning different distributions to the coefficients of non-product attributes.
