This dataset contains the raw experimental data supporting the article entitled “Synthesis, Structural Characterization and Biological Activity Evaluation of a Quercetin–Selenium Complex”. The dataset includes: Raw ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR spectra of quercetin and the synthesized quercetin–selenium complex (Que–Se), used for structural characterization. Raw antioxidant activity data, including DPPH radical scavenging assay, ABTS radical scavenging assay, FRAP reducing power assay, and hydroxyl radical scavenging assay. These data support the structural characterization and biological activity evaluation presented in the manuscript.
