Objective: Off-hours operating—evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays—has been linked to adverse outcomes and workforce strain, yet procedure-level data from publicly funded Latin American neurosurgical services are lacking. We characterized the volume, composition, and seasonality of off-hours neurosurgical activity at a public tertiary referral center.
