Description

To investigate the effects of inorganic phosphate (P), parathyroid hormone (PTH), and their combined stimulation on proliferation, apoptosis and bone metabolism regulation of osteoblasts, providing a basis for the prevention and treatment of secondary osteoporosis in MHD patients. The MC3T3-E1 osteoblast cell line was divided into blank control group (CON), 2-4mM P single stimulation group, 10-9~-6M PTH single stimulation group, HP-HPTH combined stimulation group and LP-LPTH, LP-HPTH, HP-LPTH treatment group. Each group was continuously stimulated for 24 hours. Proliferation activity, apoptosis rates and the expression of BAP, RUNX2, OPG,and RANKL was detected.
