This dataset provides the filtered hydrochemical dataset used in the manuscript, including 495 neutral to weakly alkaline thermal water samples from eight rhyolite-hosted thermal areas in the Yellowstone Plateau volcanic–hydrothermal system and 21 major and trace chemical variables for evaluating rhyolite-hosted water–rock reaction, deep magmatic-fluid input, and machine-learning-based hydrochemical tracing.
