Deposited files represent data from the article Vanova et al., 2023: Cerebral organoids derived from patients with Alzheimer’s disease with PSEN1/2 mutations have defective tissue patterning and altered development. Published in Cell Reports. This publication describes modeling Alzheimer's disease in the dish using patients-derived human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). iPSCs were used to generate 3D cerebral organoids, grown for 60 days and analyzed using scRNA-seq. Data from Non-demented control organoids (final_D1_sub), AD organoids (final_D2_sub) organoids are visualized in the manuscript in Figure 4 and S4. Data from integrated analysis of both non-demented control and AD organoids (final_D1D2_int) are visualized in the manuscript in Figure 5 and S5.
