Description

The present data stems from a trial where two groups of participants exercised a 12-exercise calisthenics routine in a nature-based environment (group A) and indoors (group B). The aim was to test how exercising the same routine in different environments would affect well-being and cognitive measures, performance, and movement adaptability measured by body segment accelerations. Data sets 1 and 2 include all of the outcomes and process measures, for use in SPSS. DFA code is a python file and includes code from fathon - a python package for detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA) and related algorithms.
