A large group of participants (N=1897; Mage = 30.25 years; SDage = 10.80 years), recruited from eight administrative divisions in Bangladesh, completed an online survey in May and June 2021 when the Movement Control Order was in place. Three scales - Beck Anxiety Inventory, Patient Health Questionnaire-9, and Perceived Stress Scale-4, assessed the outcome variables, such as anxiety, depression, and stress. The Mindful Attention Awareness Scale and Life-Orientation Test-Revised measured the predictive variables - mindfulness, optimism, and pessimism.
