Description

We mapped the brain-wide projection patterns of 5,309 olfactory bulb (OB) and 30,433 piriform cortex (PC) output neurons at single-cell resolution using barcode labelling and high-throughput sequencing based technologies (MAPseq and BARseq). Here we provided the script and barcode matrices we used for analysis.
