Description

This dataset contains the original, unprocessed data from a randomized controlled trial investigating the effects of mindfulness combined with cognitive–motor dual-task training (CMDT) in patients with Parkinson’s disease with mild cognitive impairment (PD-MCI). A total of 53 participants were included in the final analysis and allocated into three groups: mindfulness + CMDT (MC), health education + CMDT (CMDT), and health education + aerobic training (AT). Each participant completed assessments at two time points: pre-intervention and post-intervention. The dataset includes individual-level data for all outcome measures, including cognitive function (MoCA), motor symptoms (UPDRS-III), sleep quality (PDSS-2), quality of life (PDQ-39), emotional status (HAMD), and balance/postural control (COP-based metrics). Variables are organized by participant number, group allocation, and time points. All data are provided in SPSS (.sav) format. This dataset allows full replication of the statistical analyses reported in the associated manuscript. No data preprocessing, transformation, or imputation has been applied beyond what is described in the manuscript.
