Data and code supporting Geographic hierarchy and model dependence in associations between US county estimates of uninsurance and mammography use

Description

This repository contains the R analysis script and the exact analysis input files used to reproduce the analyses reported in the submitted manuscript. The analysis inputs are derived from publicly available sources cited in the manuscript. No individual-level, identifiable, private, or restricted data are included.

Steps to reproduce

Place Supplementary R Code.R and the Dataset folder in the same parent directory. Start a clean R session and ensure that the R packages listed in the script are installed. Run the complete script using source() or Rscript; do not run selected sections separately. The script reads the included local analysis inputs, performs the data processing and all analyses reported in the manuscript and supplementary material, and writes the reported tables, figures, and Supplementary Data File D1 to an Output directory. The analysis does not require downloading additional source data during execution.
