These are the raw and processed data along with the R code for analysis for the publication entitled "Global warming leads the way north: variation in cold tolerance of the Common House Gecko (Hemidactylus frenatus) at northern edge populations". Including following contents: 1. local meteorological data of annul average and yearly average in the coldest month of daily minimum temperature in Ishigakijima, Okinawajima and Amamioshima. 2. local meteorological data of annul average and yearly average in the coldest month of daily minimum temperature in 4 local weather station in Okinawajima 3.
