Description

Dataset contains 43 polysomnographic records 6 hours long each of patients with persistent disorders of consciousness, i.e. vegetative state and minimally conscious state, made in Federal Scientific and Clinical Center of Intensive Care Medicine and Rehabilitation, Russia. All records are in .edf format. The name of the file contains a number of patient and the level of consciousness: Patient_1_VS means, that patient №1 is in vegetative state, Patient_2_MCS+ means that patient №2 is in minimally conscious state plus. Each record include 2 EOG channels, 1 EMG channel, and EEG channels over frontal, central and occipital zones. EEG channels may have different references and different number of channels depending on the quality of the record. "SOMNOScreen Plus" polysomnographic equipment wae used fo obtaining the data.

Steps to reproduce

Dataset contains 42 polysomnographic records 6 hours long each of patients with chronic disorders of consciousness, i.e. vegetative state and minimally conscious state (plus or minus), made in Federal Scientific and Clinical Center of Intensive Care Medicine and Rehabilitation, Russia. All records are in .edf format.
