The LINC00094 /miR-19a-3p signalling regulates glycolysis and mediates cold induced traumatic brain injury

Description

Non-coding RNAs play a critical role in regulation of traumatic brain injury (TBI). Cold-induced TBI downregulates LINC00094 which sponge miRNA and regulate key processes i.e. glycolysis. Our study focuses on miR-19a-3p based regulation of AdipoR2 which results in reduced glucose uptake and lactate production thus shows disruption in glycolysis.
