Two Aggregated Datasets of Gamblers' Payment Transaction Records
Description
These datasets represent payment transaction records for customers of a US based gambling payments provider. The data represent customer transactions between March 1, 2019 and February 29, 2020. There are 16 columns in the data, a description for each is provided in "Data dictionary.docx". The data are in aggregated form, where each row represents a unique customer. "Aggregated_online_casino.csv" contains data for 2,286 customers of a casino-focused Internet gambling brand. "Aggregated_online_sports.csv" contains data for 5,580 customers of a sports-focused Internet gambling brand. We performed cluster analysis on each dataset, and also performed validation by comparing the clusterings for each dataset. These analytic steps are provided in "validation R code.r".
