This dataset contains the raw experimental data generated during the development and evaluation of 3D-printed serpentine columns for size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) directly coupled to mass spectrometry (MS). Included are mass spectral files used for analyzing key chromatographic parameters such as retention times, peak shapes, theoretical plate numbers, and resolution for various protein and peptide mixtures. Data were acquired using both LTQ and Q Exactive mass spectrometers, with capillary vibration sharp-edge spray ionization (cVSSI) employed as the ionization source. This dataset supports the results and conclusions presented in the associated manuscript.
