Supplemental Material:A Case of Delayed-Onset Postoperative Pyoderma Gangrenosum Complicated with Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia Treated with Spesolimab
Description
This dataset contains clinical data from a 63-year-old male patient who developed delayed-onset pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) following laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair and was subsequently diagnosed with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). The dataset documents the patient's clinical presentation, laboratory findings, histopathological images, a detailed therapeutic timeline (including antibiotics, corticosteroids, and the IL-36 receptor monoclonal antibody spesolimab), and comparative wound images before and after treatment. This case illustrates the potential role of the IL-36 pathway in the pathogenesis of PG associated with CMML and demonstrates the therapeutic outcome of targeted intervention.

This dataset is derived from a retrospective review of a single clinical case. All clinical assessments, laboratory tests (including complete blood count, bone marrow biopsy, flow cytometry, genetic sequencing), and histopathological slide preparation and interpretation were performed according to the hospital's standard operating procedures. Image data were acquired through clinical photography and measured/annotated using professional software.
