Dataset for Web Accessibility Assessment of ISBN Agencies’ Websites: A 2025 Snapshot

Description

This dataset is the result of web accessibility evaluation of ISBN Agencies, using Popetech web accessibility platform. Popetech (https://www.pope.tech/), in turn, uses WAVE web accessibility evaluation tool (https://wave.webaim.org/). The dataset consist of five files derived from the article "Web Accessibility Assessment of ISBN Agencies’ Web sites: A 2025 Snapshot".

Steps to reproduce

1. Select websites of ISBN Agencies from the International ISNB Agencies' website. 2. Create a group in Popetech for ISBN Agencies and perform web accessibilily evaluation through WAVE. 3. Remove ISBN Agencies that do not have a working URL or their URL is not accepted by Popetech platform. 4. Create reports from Popetech platform and receive them into mail account. 5. Remove unnecessary columns from the original report.
