Description

PhiLegit-100K is a class-balanced dataset of 100,000 unique URLs, comprising 50,000 legitimate and 50,000 phishing URLs. It was constructed by integrating two independently licensed, peer-reviewed phishing-URL datasets: PhiUSIIL (Prasad & Chandra, 2024) and LegitPhish (Potpelwar et al., 2025), with cross-dataset duplicate URLs identified and resolved. The dataset is provided as a CSV file (`PhiLegit-100K.csv`). Each record retains the original URL, a unified binary label, a source_dataset identifier, and the complete source-specific feature set preserved as JSON. The dataset is released under CC BY 4.0, with attribution to both original sources required. Detailed information on feature representation, dataset construction and preprocessing, source datasets, licensing, and complete citations is provided in the included `README_PhiLegit-100K.md`.
