The inclusion criterion was patients >18 years old with psoriasis who received penicillin V potassium (penicillin VK) for psoriasis or other indications. The efficacy of penicillin was assessed retrospectively based on the patient records. The outcome was categorized into three classes: definitive, implied, or no improvement.
