Thermoresponsive test for a O/W Palmarosa Nanoemulsion: dropletsize DLS, chemical composition FTIR and antibacterial test
Description
Dataset contains dropletsize distribution of a O/W Palmarosa Nanoemulsion at several temperatures with three-folded tests, each one settled on a heating/cooling cycle and waiting times for measuremente of 2, 5 and 20 minutes in the DLS. Temperatures range from 10-50°C. Other thermoresponsive test analyze the response heating the samples (three folded) from 18 to 30, 40 and 50°C. FTIR composition test were performed for the samples before and after of the thermoresponsive tests. Finally, data from a biological test considering the optical density to comparartively analyze the antibacterial effectivity were performed with samples with and without thermoresponsive tests.

Steps to reproduce
For thermoresponsive test, DLS equipment was used performing three-folded experiments. A heating/cooling cycle was performed from 10 to 50°C with waiting times of 2, 5 and 20 minutes after to reach intermediate temperatures. FTIR test were performed befor aand after of those DLS tests to compare the composition. Also, for both two cases, the kinematic growth of the bacterial strains was measured (optical density) using a Genesys 10S UV-Vis Spectrophotometer.
