Raw and processed data on our research about the irradiation stability of yttrium dihydride (YH2). Some software with MACOS are necessary to open some files: - DataGraph. And with the Windows OS: - Digital Micrograph (GATAN), for DM3/DM4 and JPG. - ImageJ. - Excel and Word.

Steps to reproduce
1. Obtain YH2 pellets. 2. Irradiate with heavy-ions, 9 MeV Au, from RT to 800oC. 3. Pre and post irradiation screening using TEM, STEM, RBS, ERD. EBSD and XRD for prescreening. 4. Neutron diffraction in situ thermal experiments with pristine samples.
