DATA SET FOR THE ASSOCIATION BETWEEN RENAL FUNCTION AND ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY IN CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE: A CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY

Description

The dataset contains the details of one hundred consecutive consenting adults (age ≥18 years) with a diagnosis of CKD, based on KDIGO guidelines (eGFR <60 mL/min/1.73 m² or markers of kidney damage) recruited over six months at the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (OOUTH), Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria.

Steps to reproduce

A study proforma was drafted alongside a study proposal, this was submitted to the Health Research Ethics Committee (HREC) of Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital. After the research approval was obtained. The study instrument was administered to the respondents at the Out-patient unit of the Hospital, Data was cleaned and entered using IBM SPSS Version 27.
