Mitochondrial-generated G-quadruplex forming lncRNAs Regulate Heme Homeostasis
Description
This dataset contains raw 1H-NMR data files (Bruker format) for lncND5-rG4-1 RNA G-quadruplex recorded at 600 MHz, 25°C, in 20 mM potassium phosphate pH 6.5, 100 mM KCl, 5% D2O with DSS as internal chemical shift reference. lncND5-rG4-1 is a G-quadruplex-forming sequence derived from human mitochondrial long non-coding RNA lncND5. Imino proton signals at 10–12 ppm confirm G-quadruplex formation. Data collected on a Bruker BioSpin AVANCE III HD 600 MHz spectrometer with cryogenic probe at Kyoto University.

Steps to reproduce
RNA oligonucleotide (200 µM) dissolved in 20 mM potassium phosphate pH 6.5, 100 mM KCl, 5% D2O with 10 µM DSS. Sample annealed at 95°C for 5 min and cooled to 25°C at 1°C/min. 1H-NMR spectra recorded at 25°C on Bruker BioSpin AVANCE III HD 600 MHz spectrometer.
