NLRP3 Cys126 palmitoylation by ZDHHC7 Promotes Inflammasome Activation

Description

In the manuscript, we show that NLRP3 is palmitoylated on Cys126 by ZDHHC7. This palmitoylation promotes the trans Golgi network localization of NLRP3 during and after the activation process, which promotes the interaction with ASC and eventually the downstream inflammasome activation. The data here contain western blot images and confocal microscopy images that support the conclusions.
