Description
A cross sectional study with 200 gynaecological cancer survivors was conducted who attended gynaecological cancer clinic at a tertiary care center. These survivors underwent laboratory assessment for neurotropic factors (Brain derived neurotropic factor, Neuropeptide Y and Substance P ) and Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) questionnaire assessment. Then evaluate the prevalence of sexual dysfunction in gynaecological cancer survivor, determine risk factors for sexual dysfunction, correlation between female sexual dyfunction and subdomains of female sexual function index (desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, satisfaction and sexual pain) with neurotropic factors was done.

The socio-demographic and clinical data were tabulated and central tendencies were computed. The Student’s t test and chi-square test were used for continuous and categorical socio-demographic and clinical variables respectively. The qualitative data were analysed using the descriptive statistics followed by Pearson chi square. Spearman correlation were also used to check correlation of female sexual dysfunction with different domains of Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) and serum biomarkers. Binary logistics regression method was used to find out the magnitude of impact of different domains of Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) on the serum markers. All the analysis was done using SPSS version 25.2 software. The p <0.05 is considered statistically significant.
