Steps to reproduce

- Simulate response: Run macros for monoenergetic gamma-rays generated with `OCL_GEANT4/OscarBuild/grid_response.py` - They may be submitted with the help of `OCL_GEANT4/OscarBuild/submitt_scripts/` - Create histograms and FWHM smoothing with code in `data` and `data/analysis`
