This data describes the dual-isotope mapping with a spatially informed Bayesian stable isotope mixing model (BSIMM) using soil samples collected from woodland (LT), cropland (GT), paddy field (ST), and wasteland (HT), together with sediment samples (CT) obtained from the watershed outlet.
