Description

We conducted a retrospective cohort study comparing the effectiveness of dupilumab and oral JAKis in the management of AD using multicenter observational data from China. Dupilumab demonstrated comparable efficacy in improving skin lesions but lower response in pruritus relief compared with oral JAKis. Dose reduction led to significant compromised treatment effectiveness in oral JAKis.
