miRNA sequencing is a high-throughput sequencing technology used to analyze the miRNA expression profile in biological samples. It allows for precise detection, quantification, and analysis of all miRNA sequences within a sample, thereby helping researchers understand the role of miRNAs in gene regulation and disease. In this study, miRNA sequencing was utilized to characterize the miRNA composition of cell and feces samples, with the aim of investigating how different treatments alter the miRNA profile of the cells and feces.
