Steps to reproduce

To reproduce, download the zipped file into one folder and download the "dofile_figures" from the journal's site. The data file for Figures 1 to 7 is Main_data_dip.dta. The data file for Figure 8 is map_data.dta and the data file for Figures 9 and 10 is data_povreason.dta. These data are in StataNow 19 format. Run the dofile to reproduce the figures.
