Description

In this paper, we prepared Glucose sensitive keratin /β-cyclodextrin/ dialdehyde glucan nanoparticles for oral delivery of insulin by self-assembly. In vivo and in vitro experiments showed that the nanoparticles had good compatibility and high insulin loading. In vivo experiments have proved that the nanoparticles can protect insulin from the destruction of the gastrointestinal tract and achieve a sustained-release effect.
