Description

This dataset contains the original, unprocessed data supporting the study on de novo designed minibinders targeting HER2 domain IV. The data include raw files from flow cytometry, isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy, and confocal fluorescence microscopy. These files provide direct experimental evidence for minibinder binding activity, protein stability, and cellular localization.
