Description
Transformational Leadership and Innovative Work Behavior in Educational Institutions This dataset contains survey responses from 543 employees measuring Transformational Leadership, Innovative Work Behavior, Creative Process Engagement, Intrinsic Motivation, and Psychological Empowerment using 7-point Likert scales. The file includes demographic variables (age, gender, years of experience, institution type) and 44 scale items; data has been anonymized.

Steps to reproduce
Data collection occurred during April-May 2025 through an online survey platform distributed via institutional email addresses. Of 847 invited faculty members, 543 completed the survey (response rate: 64.1%), meeting minimum sample size requirements for structural equation modeling. The final sample comprised 58.7% male and 41.3% female faculty, with mean age 42.6 years (SD = 9.8) and mean organizational tenure 8.4 years (SD = 6.2). Academic ranks included 48.4% assistant professors, 35.4% associate professors, and 16.2% full professors. Institutional distribution: 61.5% public universities, 38.5% private institutions. All participants provided written informed consent prior to participation.
