This supplementary document provides detailed experimental protocols for all bioactivity assays conducted in the study titled "Predicting Functional Bioactivities in Fermented Milk Using Deep Learning on LC-MS Metabolomics." It includes methodological steps, calculation formulas, and references for antioxidant (DPPH, ABTS), enzymatic inhibition (α-amylase, α-glucosidase, ACE), and antiproliferative assays (HT-29 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines).
