This dataset contains the primary survey data and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis files supporting the research on expatriate career self-efficacy among Chinese vocational STEM students. The cross-sectional survey data was collected using a multi-stage sampling method from 377 participants across two engineering-focused vocational colleges in Guangdong Province, China.
