This study aimed to design monomeric self-assembling peptide vaccine (SAPV) constructs with and without the inclusion of adjuvants, TAT, and PADRE sequences incorporating pentameric and trimeric coiled-coil oligomerization domains. These components were fused using suitable linkers to enable self-assembly, along with cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL), helper T lymphocyte (HTL), and B lymphocyte (BL) epitopes derived from structural and non-structural proteins of SARS-CoV-2.
