The dataset includes raw vibration signals acquired directly at the root of each of three wind turbine blades of a low-power rotating wind turbine. The tests were conducted at a wind speed of 240 rpm. The wind turbine blades have different health conditions; the cases considered are uncracked blades and cracked blades in one of three cross-sectional areas: root, middle, or tip. The signals were sampled at 1 kHz. 7680 sampling segments of 0.5 seconds were acquired for each of the 10 experimental cases.
