ClaimsAI: Claim-Level Evidential Records Supporting Inferential Traceability and Controlled Translation

This dataset contains the claim-level evidential records supporting the article “When AI Claims Change Context: Inferential Traceability and Controlled Translation Across Observational Regimes.” It includes the human-reviewed records used to analyze claims about conversational GPT, Claude, and Gemini systems across institutional, external specialist, professional mediation, and public-use regimes. The records preserve claim formulations, supporting evidence, materially relevant conditions, source classifications, and evidential scope. Public-use records have been anonymized by removing direct user identifiers and direct source links that could enable re-identification. The dataset is intended to support transparency, review, and reuse of the evidential basis underlying the article.
